Polyrhachis proxima is a stunning Asian Polyrhachis with a silvery grey body. Unlike many of its tree-dwelling relatives, it nests in the soil, and its workers use tandem running to guide each other. Polygynous and able to build large colonies, it will delight any keeper looking for an original species!
