Camponotus CA02 is the largest Camponotus species in North America, paradoxically quite easy to raise for such a large Camponotus (when compared to singularis or angusticollis, for example).

-Mature colony size: around 3,000 workers

Maintenance Information:

Humidity: 30-60%

Temperature: 20-27°C (ideal at 26°C)

Diapause: Yes, for 3 months at around 12°C

Ant Farms: Any ant farm equipped with a moist area suitable for the colony’s size will suffice.

Food: sugary liquids, insects, seeds (occasionally).
